Authorities ID Man Found Dead In Vehicle On 405 Freeway In Inglewood

NGLEWOOD (CNS) - Authorities Monday identified a man who died after being found unresponsive inside a stalled sedan on the San Diego (405) Freeway in Inglewood.

A witness told the California Highway Patrol at 10:19 p.m. Sunday that a white Toyota sedan was stalled in the HOV lane of the southbound San Diego Freeway at Manchester Boulevard.

Nabil Fekry Morcos, 69, of Inglewood, died at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner, which listed his cause of death as "acute cardiac dysfunction" and his manner of death as "natural."
