Sandra Bullock had every reason to fear her stalker being released from a mental health facility last year.
Joshua Corbett was in a standoff with cops at his L.A. residence. The officers went to his place to arrest him for violating his probation, instead of surrendering he threatened to harm them.
Law enforcement sources stated that Corbett died during the standoff which appears to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
S.W.A.T. was called to the scene and the streets around Corbett's home have been blocked off.
Bullock was very alarmed when she found out her stalker broke his probation. She got a restraining order requiring him to stay 200 yards clear of her until June 2022.
The reason for his 5 year probation was for stalking Sandra Bullock and breaking into her house in 2014.
