Noel Fitzpatrick is the star of Channel 4's The Supervet and we can see why! This veterinarian was on his way to a radio interview in Dublin when he saved a swan he saw in the middle of the road.
A video was captured and has gone viral. It shows him attempting to save the swan who wandered into a busy road. Fitzpatrick stopped traffic to chase after the confused animal and get it to move from the msin road over to the side pavement.
He wrapped the swan in his blazer and took it to a canal close by where it swam away.
Fitzpatrick was on his way to an interview with RTE Radio 1 to promote his new book "Becoming The Supervet."
On Twitter he shared the video and captioned it:
"On route to the next interview in Dublin this afternoon and we came across this poor confused fella who was stuck in the middle of the main road. Having experienced many Swan rescues down the years I knew I could help... mission accomplished...now happy and safe at home x"
We're so happy he saved the swan and made it to his interview!
