If you're ever craving some good ol' fast food in a retro spot, you must hit up "The Hat!" Known for it's world famous pastrami's and super large chili cheese fries served extra hot!! It makes the perfect food after a fun night out. Can't decide on just one? Well, than order the chili cheese fries topped with pastrami meat & you're set!! The Hat has been around since 1951 and has 11 locations around so cal and developers have just revealed the paperwork filed to open the first one in Las Vegas! The new location will be about 7-8 miles away from the Vegas strip. There's no doubt it will do well in the desert and we're hoping one gets built on the Vegas strip eventually! Can you imagine that retro vibe all lit up?! A hot Pastrami slot machine?!
My family and I frequent the locations in Brea after a beach trip, or we make our way to the local one in Glendora or Montclair when we're craving fresh fast food. I've been asking the universe to bring this so cal staple to Vegas because it just feels right and makes for the perfect food to indulge after a night of fun and drinks.
