Never Forget 911 Budweiser Commercial That Only Aired ONCE!!

18 years ago today, we remember all those we lost on September 11th, 2001.

Each year, we see powerful tributes to the victims over the years. Maybe you remember this commercial that only aired one time. It was an emotional ad featuring the Budweiser Clydesdales. In the short commercial, we see the horses honor the memory of the fallen as they take a bow.

As soon as you see them bow their heads, you immediately get the chills. The commercial aired one time during Super Bowl XXXVI on February 3, 2002 but it was a memorable one, especially since it only aired one time.

It took a lot of work to make the commercial since they needed approval from members of Congress and the advertising community from New York.

According to Bob Lachky, who is the former executive vice president of Anheuser-Busch Global Creative, he stated "We had a helicopter going over the Brooklyn Bridge. Mayor Giuliani let us into the city -- the only film company of any sort right after 9-11. To actually come into air space with our helicopter to film the Clydesdale... the hitch coming into Battery Park and it was amazing...just amazing."

below. Have you seen it before?
