In most of Los Angeles County, restaurants will be allowed to reopen for outdoor dining starting on Friday.
Since Pasadena maintains its own health agency that is separate from the county's, restaurants were allowed to resume outdoor dining starting on Tuesday. On Colorado Boulevard, restaurants started putting out chairs and tables on the sidewalk.
Hair salons and other businesses were also allowed to reopen again. Keep in mind to still practice social distancing and wear masks!
