This year for Valentine's Day, Krispy Kreme has four new heart-shaped bites you can try. You can even send a personalized "Dough-Note" that comes with these sweet treats. Their new doughnuts feature an adorable love letter themed box that comes filled with 12 heart-shaped doughnuts in four different flavors. You'll be able to choose from Sprinkled Hearts, Sugar Cookie Hearts, Strawberries and Kreme Hearts and Chocolate Caramel Hearts!

- Sugar Cookie Heart filled with Sugar Cookie Kreme, white icing, white icing drizzle & Valentine's sugar blend sprinkles
- Strawberries & Kreme Heart- strawberries and Kreme filling, strawberry icing and candy sugar hearts
- Chocolate Caramel Heart- caramel Kreme filling, chocolate icing, drizzle of white icing & Valentine confetti sprinkles
