As things continue to look positive for Los Angeles County, with hospitalizations declining it's important we still stay safe and practice social distancing.
The current surge in COVID-19 cases was filed by gatherings during the holidays. Officials are urging the public to avoid a new surge by not gathering in groups to watch the Super Bowl. Restaurants have allowed to reopen for outdoor dining, but are not allowed to have televisions. The county Board of Supervisors stated "Avoid superspreader Super Bowl parties, It's simply not safe to gather in other people's homes."
