Trader Joe's just announced that they increased their "thank you" pay for their workers again.
At the start of the pandemic, the company was paying hourly workers an additional $2 an hour and now the amount has been raised to a total of an extra $4 an hour. The chain also announced that workers have been offered more ways to qualify for health insurance. They stated "We want Crew Members to have the opportunity to take extended time off without repercussions to their benefits."
