If you are trying to make a vaccine appointment on the Walgreens website, they just reported that they are experiencing an outage on their COVID-19 appointment scheduling.
In a statement, the company said "We're experiencing a temporary outage on our scheduler/website and apologize for the inconvenience. We're working to resolve the matter as soon as possible."
So, if you were trying to make an appointment and weren't sure why it wasn't working, this is the reason. When users would log onto the website, they were then directed into a page that said "Updates in progress." This outage comes as U.S. pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS are getting ready for an additional one million doses of vaccine promised by the White House last week.
