Vaccinations for teachers in Los Angeles County have started with the hope that more schools will be closer to reopening again.
A mass vaccination site for educators has opened at So-Fi Stadium in Inglewood in addition to three other school-based sites. Los Angeles Unified School District said teachers must be vaccinated before schools reopen and is offering them free transportation to the vaccination site.
All school staff including custodians, bus drivers and others are now eligible for vaccination in Los Angeles County.
