The Weeknd is moving out and Madonna is moving in!
She just purchased The Weeknd's former Hidden Hills 12,547 square foot estate for only $19.3 million after it was first listed last June for under $25 million. This past December, the price of the home was dropped to $22 million before she purchased it with another $2.7 million discount. The Weeknd managed to turn a small profit on the sale given that he originally purchased the home in 2017 for $18.2 million.
The home is located on three acres of land in a private gated community near Calabasas and Malibu. Madonna officially closed the deal on her new home on April 9th! Her new mansion in the hills has seven bedrooms, two-bedroom guest house with 9 full and 2 half bathrooms and more!
