Astronomers released an image of a the Milky Way black hole and can you believe that it looks like a donut. In honor of this discovery the popular donut shop Krispy Kreme is giving out free donuts on Friday May 13th.
The photo that was released looks like a glazed donut, so in honor of the black hole this treat is on them.
The photo looks cosmically and deliciously like an Original Glazed doughnut, one official even commenting, "It seems that black holes like doughnuts."
