COVID: Free Tests Available… Again

The federal government program used for the last two winters to send free COVID tests to Americans' homes will get up-and-running once again in the coming days, Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra said yesterday.

Starting next week, every household in America will be able to request four COVID tests to be sent directly to them completely free of charge.

President Biden restarted the pandemic-era program amid the rise of COVID cases in the U.S. This is the same program that's provided tests in the winter over the last few years. It'll be a good idea to double-check the expiration dates on the new tests received this season. The website to order the tests, COVIDTests.gov, will officially reopen on Monday, September 25th.
