Stay At One Of These Disneyland Hotels To Enjoy a Disney Workout Class

If you like working out and being at Disneyland, there's a special pass you can buy if you're staying at one of the major Disney hotels to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Many don't know about this because Disney softly introduced these workout passes back in 2022 for guests staying at the Grand Californian Hotel, Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel, and the Disneyland Hotel. They also added a Sunrise Yoga in Disneyland Park just last year. For $89 you can sign up for this workout experience inside Disneyland before it opens. And you don't need a park ticket to book this.

There are several fitness classes to choose from and the location of your class may change from time to time, depending on the events happening in the park.

The experience is really wonderful because the view is breathtaking as the sun rises over some of your favorite attractions when the park is completely empty.

Not all classes take place inside Disneyland, some are just next door in California Adventure Park.

Here are some of the fitness classes offered for the budget-friendly mind:

  • The Adventure Boot Camp ($35) is a more high-intensity workout that includes push-ups, squats, and sit-ups. The 45-minute class requires you to jog around the park, so this may be more suitable for the advanced fitness level.
  • The Power Walking Workout in Disney California Adventure Park class is great for those who love to walk. It's 45 minutes long and you get to power walk two miles through California Adventure, stopping along the way in different lands, like Avengers Campus and Cars Land, to do a few stretches and low-intensity exercises, like bench planks and bicep curls with resistance bands.

These classes start early around 6:30 a.m. for the early risers.
