Easter is just around the corner and this marshmallow brand is coming up with a cost-effective way to keep the egg dyeing tradition alive... without eggs. Since February, egg prices have rose an average of 5.9%, therefore to keep expenses at a reasonable price, Jet-Puffed is selling marshmallow dying kits for Easter. The "Dip and Decorate Dozen" kit is $1.99 plus $2 per bag of fluffy white marshmallows. The coating makes it super easy to dye and are more cost-efficient than eggs right now. The company says the kit is festive and mess-free as it soaks up the food coloring compared to a hard egg shell. It included six colors, tongs for dipping, pens for designing, and an additional 24-ounce bag of jumbo marshmallows. Last week the average price of eggs hit a record of $6.23 which is about 60% higher compared to last year. The kits are exclusively sold on Walmart's website. Hop on over and get your marshmallow dying kit just in time for Easter!
