Teenagers Fall Through Ice In Central Park

Giving literal meaning to the saying “treading on thin ice”, a few teenagers were filmed playing around on a small pond on Monday evening in central park. The six fifteen and sixteen-year-olds were walking on what seemed to be a frozen-over pond when the ice gave way.

Police did report that there was a nearby sign saying, “Danger Thin Ice Keep Off”, which the teens had obviously ignored. However, the teens are okay now after being rescued by a police team two other bystanders.
