During a Mardi Gras party in Galveston, Texas, Justin Morgan and his wife Tamara caught more than just beads.
Justin said, "We went out there to watch the parade and catch beads," he recalled. "We weren't even 15 minutes into it and I saw this lady with some beads ... really nice beads. She pointed at me and threw them to me. It took maybe about a second [to realize] that something was on the beads," he added. "That's when I looked down and there was a ring."
He and his wife spent the rest of the day searching for the lady who tossed her ring away. Claiming himself to be a hopeless romantic, Justin won't stop until he finds the ring's owner. He's also taking to Facebook and encouraging anyone who might be in this situation to reach out to him.
