A Florida man stopped traffic while eating pancakes at a very busy intersection. When the cops got the 911 call the man was nowhere to be found. Soon copy were alerted with a video posted on Facebook. The video was tagged to the local 21-year-old man. Cops went to the man's home and he was questioned. He told cops that it was just a prank!!
