Choose Health LA is a local initiative of the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health to prevent and control chronic disease in Los Angeles County.
Public Health promotes healthy behaviors such as engaging in regular physical activity, eating healthy foods, and refraining from tobacco use.
We advocate for access to health care coverage and a regular source of care, and to reducing health disparities through collaborations with a wide variety of partners.
