The carpool lane... sometimes we love it (when we can speed by traffic) and sometimes we hate it (when it's just as packed as the regular lanes). Officials are looking into possibly changing the rules for driving in the carpool lane.
Instead of requiring drivers to have 2 or more people in the car, they're considering a chance to 3 or more people. Officials think this might encourage more people to share rides, which means less cars on the road.
What do you think... should SoCal make this change?
