One of the basic examples of good deeds is helping an elderly lady across a street, but when has anyone actually stopped to do that in real life? This cop did, and now he has found internet fame because of it.
Though the name of the Anaheim police officer hasn't been revealed, a bystander recorded the officer on his/her cell phone and posted the clip to the Anaheim Police Department Facebook page.
In the video, the elderly lady using a walker seems like she won't make it across the street in time until her heroic police officer comes to her rescue. The police officer stepped out of his car and made sure the oncoming cars waited until she was safe.
