French bulldogs Sebastian and Luna have been friends since birth and these dogs don't mind exhibiting PDA. The dogs owner who is a photographer is planning their doggy wedding in Fall of 2017 or Spring 2018 so this is very serious. The dogs are from the DC area and are very passionate about serving and giving back to the community. They raised over $4,000 for the Fashion Paw Show that benefits the Humane Rescue Alliance.
