Keri Carlson of Branford, Connecticut is a waitress at GW Carson’s Restaurant. She recently got the tip of a lifetime that meant more than one could imagine. Carlson uses hearing aids and while helping out a customer, she was having difficulty hearing him. She explained one of her hearing aids was broken and it needed fixing, never mentioning she needed the money.
To much of Carlson's surprise, her customer gave her $500 to help pay for the repairs. To pay it forward, the owner of GW Carson's will be donating a portion of the proceeds of t-shirt sales to the American Society fir Deaf Children.
