This fabulous resort is filled with lush, tropical gardens and waterfalls. Exciting daily activities are offered, along with easy access to recreation of almost every kind, including snorkeling, surfing, Atlantis submarine and Spirit of Aloha Catamaran excursions. • Ocean activities including snorkeling, surfing and beach gear rentals
BEACH –Waikiki is one of the best beaches in the world, and home to the modern surf and beach culture. Duke Kahanamoku Beach was named as the #1 beach in America for 2013, according to "Dr. Beach" (on Dr. Stephen Leatherman's annual list). Duke Kahanamoku Beach fronts the resort and surrounds the lagoon.
DUKE KAHANAMOKU LAGOON –The lagoon provides not only one of the top beaches in the world, but also an excellent area to learn stand up paddle boarding and kayak without any currents or waves. For the convenience of guests, beach activity rentals are available adjacent to the lagoon.
WAIKIKI STARLIGHT LUAU –
Waikiki Starlight Luau at Hilton Hawaiian Village is the only outdoor luau in Waikiki, with spectacular entertainment and dining under the stars, five nights a week. Experience the colorful heritage of the Pacific Islands and join the excitement of the celebration with live music, drums and the drama of traditional Hawaiian, Tahitian and Samoan dance. The show concludes with a thrilling fire knife dance performed by 4 dancers at one time—more than in any other luau in town. Indulge in a feast of unforgettable tropical flavors from traditional island ingredients, play ancient Hawaiian games, get authentic-looking Hawaiian tattoos (temporary of course), and learn to dance Hawaiian-style. It is an exhilarating evening of fun for all ages.
“ROCKIN’ HAWAIIAN RAINBOW REVUE” AT HILTON HAWAIIAN VILLAGE –
Every Friday night Hilton Hawaiian Village presents the “Rockin’ Hawaiian Rainbow Revue,” a high-energy Polynesian dance revue staged around the Super Pool, overlooking the beach and featuring a phenomenal ukulele virtuoso, driving wooden drums, fast-moving hips and torch lighters. As the final dance draws to a close, the torch lighters point their torches to the sky above the beach as the first thundering report of the fireworks echoes over the pool and all eyes turn upward to watch the fireworks show, ending the evening’s dramatic festivities.
FRIDAY NIGHT FIREWORKS SPECTACULAR –
Every Friday night as the Rockin’ Hawaiian Rainbow Revue comes to a close, Hilton Hawaiian Village puts on an amazing fireworks spectacular over the beach in front of the resort. Over the years the fireworks have become an iconic Hilton Hawaiian Village event. It is a gift Hilton Hawaiian Village gives to Waikiki. Locals, visitors and guests alike enjoy the show. Surrounding restaurants and dinner cruises take advantage of the weekly show, but the best vantage point by far is from the resort—on the beach, at Hau Tree Lanai or Tropics Bar & Grill.

HOME OF HAWAII’S MUSIC –
Hilton Hawaiian Village has been for nearly 50 years the “Home of Hawaii’s Music” to the world, introducing listeners to the sounds of Hawaiian music, from the ukulele to the pounding rhythms of the wooden drum and the lilting musical voices of aloha. Alfred Apaka, Hilo Hattie, Don Ho and many others found a world audience here. Today you will hear the modern voice of aloha performed by the original and award-winning recording artists live on stage every night.
