Pharrell has the biggest heart ever! He was introduced to a sweet 8-year-old boy named Reef Carneson, who suffers from acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and has been in and out of the hospital since age one. Since he's unable to fly (his immune system is too weak) Pharrell sent a car to pick him up, and drive him from his home in Cincinnati to his concert in Philadelphia. He then serenaded him on-stage! What a sweet moment....watch it below. :)
