Chance was found abandoned to die on the side of a Tehran highway when he was found and rescued by Katy Kargosha. It was a lengthy process, but Chance was later brought to America and now lives with The Pug Queen, Izabella St. James, one of Hugh Hefner's former girlfriends.
As soon as Chance got to LA, he underwent multiple scans and then surgery, which was a success. In a Facebook update, Chance is doing very well and continues to get better and recover.
