Mario Lopez was assaulted over the weekend in Las Vegas when another man got in his face, even breaking his phone.
Lopez was working out at the Planet Hollywood Spa, but as he was leaving the restroom he accidentally bumped into another man. Despite saying "excuse me," the man became angry and his emotions escalated which caused an employee to get between the two.
The unidentified man grabbed Lopez's phone off a bench and threw it at the wall, breaking it into pieces. Lopez doesn't plan on pressing charges, but the hotel has offered to replace his phone.
According to TMZ, the man is no longer welcomed at the Planet Hollywood Spa.
