Sex and the City fans are feeling disappointing. The long-awaited third movie will not be happening after all.
In an interview with Extra, Sarah Jessica Parker revealed the bad news, "It’s over...we’re not doing it. I’m disappointed. We had this beautiful, funny, heartbreaking, joyful, very relatable script and story. It’s not just disappointing that we don’t get to tell the story and have that experience, but more so for that audience that has been so vocal in wanting another movie."
The Daily Mail revealed the reason for the nix is because of Kim Cattrall's demands. Apparently she refused to do the movie unless Warner Brothers agreed to produce other movies she had in development.
The film was only three weeks shy away from the start of shooting when it was cancelled.
