Starting this month, Netflix is raising prices. Again.
The streaming service hasn't raised its prices in two years, but they seem to know that grabbing an extra buck or two here or there isn’t going to cause all of their customers to cancel the service.
The standard plan, which allows subscribers to watch on two screens at once, will go from $9.99 to $10.99 per month. The premium plan, which is available in Ultra HD and allows users to watch on up to four screens, will increase from $11.99 to $13.99.
However, luckily, the basic plan will stay the same – $7.99 per month.
The price change effected new customers last Thursday, but will begin to effect existing members based on their billing cycle. All existing members will be receiving a 30 day notice before their billing changes.
