Alzheimer's Greater Los Angeles is the only local full-service, dementia-focused nonprofit with 36 years' experience. Their mission is to improve the lives of local families affected by Alzheimer’s/Dementia by increasing awareness, delivering effective programs/services, providing compassionate support, and advocating for quality care and a cure.
ALZGLA offers a 24 hour help hotline 844-HELP-ALZ, support groups, counseling services, and workshops to educate families, all FREE to the Los Angeles community.
On Sunday, October 29th, at Century Park in Century City, ALZGLA will be having their annual Walk4ALZ, which brings together local communities in the fight against Alzheimer’s and other dementias. Whether you are living with dementia, caring for someone with dementia, lost someone to Alzheimer’s disease, or simply want to make a difference in the community.
