Culver City Is The Home For Apple's 2nd Campus

After HBO backed out of plans to occupy the new office building in Culver City, Apple leaped at the advantage to take the lease over. Apple's plan to take advantage of recent tax advantages for businesses is allowing them to build another corporate campus and hire 20,000 workers during the next five years.

The four-story project is being developed by Lincoln Property Co. and will feature 128,000 square feet of retail. It's expected to open in late 2019, HBO was expected to be the main tenant, but recently backed out. The building will be located at 8777 Washington Boulevard in Culver City, right on the corner of Washington and National Blvd.

The mayor of Culver City confirmed this information and stated "We were very excited about HBO but if anything, we're more excited about Apple."
