Study Proves Pizza Is Healthier Than Most Breakfast Cereals

Have you regretted having that leftover pizza slice over cereal for breakfast? You don't have to, because according to a new study, pizza has equal or less calories than most sugary cereal.

Pizza may not be an ideal breakfast, but it may beat, but pizza has more protein than cereal with milk, which will keep you feeling full longer. Nutritionist Chelsey Amer told The Daily Meal, "You may be surprised to find out that an average slice of pizza and a bowl of cereal with whole milk contain nearly the same amount of calories."
