Teen Invited To White House After Recording Teacher's Anti-Military Rant

Seventeen-year-old Victor Quinonez of Pico Rivera has been invited to the White House by John Kelly, the chief of staff, after recording a viral video of his high school teacher going on an anti-military rant.

Quinonez of El Rancho High School says his teacher Gregory Salcido criticized him for wearing a Marine's sweatshirt in  class. Quinonez also says he was targeted by his teacher multiple times in the past. The video has since gone viral and receieved a lot of backlash from veterans and the community for Salcido's remarks. The teacher is currently on paid leave as the investigation continues.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to help Victor and his family get to Washington D.C. If you'd like to donate, you can do so here:  www.gofundme.com/victor-quinonez.
