It was one wild night for a man celebrating his 29th birthday! One too many drinks, led him riding a white Arabian horse on the eastbound 91 Freeway from Paramount Boulevard to Downey Avenue near Long Beach. According to California Highway Patrol, someone driving on the freeway alongside the horse called 911 to report the strange rider shortly after 1am on Saturday. CHP found him, pulled them over where they confirmed the man had a blood alcohol level more than double the legal limit! The birthday boy was booked into jail for “DUI on a horse.”
