Disney Is Launching ESPN Streaming Service April 12

Disney will be launching ESPN+, their all new sports streaming service, on April 12.

The service will be $4.99 per month and subscribers will have access to watch live events from MLB, NHL, MLS, boxing, golf, tennis, rugby, cricket and several college teams. To access these features, users just need to login through the ESPN app or ESPN.com.

However, live events available will be limited. Streaming games from certain networks will require a different subscription to access those channels.

ESPN+ is just the start for streaming services by Disney, as they gear up to release their own for Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Lucas films, expected to launch in 2019.
