Denny's Is Offering Free Meals to Natural Disaster Victims

Denny's has stepped in to provide relief for the victims of Hurricane Florence with their new "Mobile Relief Diner." The 18-wheeler even includes a 53-foot kitchen. Whoah!

They decided to make this rig so that wherever a disaster occurs, they can travel there and aid with providing pancakes, bacon and coffee to those affected.

The big rig has already been to a few places including Texas after Hurricane Harvey, Florida after Hurricane Irma and the most recent was during the wildfires in California.

Denny's Mobile Relief Diner is uniting forces with local officials and disaster relief organizations, as well as local franchisees and store operators to identify the areas most in need. The original idea was only a temporary diner in 2017 for a solution of the road. In two weeks the mobile rig diner served over 14,000 meals.

If you want to find a meal, you can track the truck by following its official Twitter handle @DennysMRD.
