ABOUT:
Kathleen Ruddy is CEO of the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, the largest charitable funder of childhood cancer research grants. With nearly 30 years of nonprofit fundraising, marketing and public relations experience.

Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide. One in five children diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. will not survive.
Those who do survive often suffer long-term effects from treatment too harsh for their developing bodies.
St. Baldrick’s is leading the charge to take childhood back from cancer and is committed to funding the best research, no matter where it takes place.
