March of Dimes builds on an 80+ year legacy of impact and innovation to support every mom and every baby.

Each year, 4,000,000 babies are born in the US and March of Dimes touches each one of them through community programs, advocacy, research, education, and support.

From advocacy to education, to research, March of Dimes is working to level the playing field so that moms and babies are healthy.
