Whole Foods is Cutting Prices This Week!

If you needed some good news this week then we have it for you! The grocery store chain., Whole Foods, just announced that they'll be slashing prices on the inventory. Grocery store wars are apparently running full force and Amazon, owners of the grocery chain, are seeking to stay active competitors. This will be the third time that the chain has seen a price cut since being acquired by the e-commerce giant in June 2017.

Customers can expect to save on average 20% off of newly reduced items, the company said. Plan your trip for Wednesday, because that's when the discounts take effect with emphasis on high-quality, peak-of-season produce, according to SF Chronicle. Expect the price of Mangoes to drop to $1 and organic Strawberries to get lowered $2 totaling just $2.99.

Amazon Prime members also have more to look forward to. Expect to see more weekly deals and better discounts!
