I know I've said it before, but I'll say it again: I LOVE Demi Lovato. She is so brave, and transparent, and real. Yesterday, she was on The Ellen Show promoting her new single, "I Love Me." Ellen asked her about her sobriety, and what caused her to relapse in 2018. She offered advice for anyone possibly going through what she went through. "If you do go through this, you yourself CAN get through it. You can get to the other side, and it may be bumpy but you ARE a 10 out of 10. And don't forget it. And as long as you take the responsibility you can learn to love yourself the way you deserve to be loved."
