Residents Of Spain Now Allowed To Exercise Outdoors For ONE Hour

Wow. This puts a lot of things in perspective.

After being in lockdown for 48 days, Spain has started to allow residents to exercise outdoors. There are restrictions though- a time limit of one hour, and between the hours of 6am-10am, and 8pm and 11pm. Even thought we here (in the US- LA specifically) are almost at 60 days of lockdown, exercising outdoors has not been restricted yet, and we don't have time limits. I've gone on a couple of bike rides the last 2 weekends that were 2+ hours, and I can't imagine not being allowed that's simple freedom. That being said, Spain is one of the hardest countries hit....the easing of this restriction is the first of 4 phases for them getting back to "normal."

I've included a video and some tweets below. It's hopeful to see things like this- their death toll is at a 6-week all time low- let's hope it continues!
