Here's What Tribeca Films' Drive-In Movies at the Rose Bowl Look Like

Opening to sold-out movie classics, Tribeca Film Festival kicked off a drive-in series at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena over the long Fourth of July holiday weekend. Due to novel coronavirus pandemic and many regular holiday activities shut down this summer, Southern Californians look to new entertainment options to stay safe, helping the drive-in to make a comeback.

The drive-in series takes place each weekend (Thursday through Sunday) through August 2, 2020. Tribeca has also partnered with Comedy Dynamics to bring audiences a one-of-a-kind stand-up comedy and entertainment experience scheduled for this week July 9-12. The four live comedy events will also be taped for wider distribution later and is one of the first tapings with a live audience since the pandemic began. Along with the comedy show, movies that are still available this week include "Palm Springs" on Thursday at 5pm and "Spy Kids" on Sunday at 1pm.

Tickets, which run at $26 per car, can be purchased at Tribecafilm.com.
