A thrilling family trip to Thailand quickly turned into an extremely long airport layover for spouses John Legend, Chrissy Teigen, and a few of their children on Sunday, April 7th. According to People, the 38-year-old mother-of-four slept at an airport in Dubai during a tiring five-hour flight delay. She shared photos of the daunting experience to her Instagram story, detailing the length of the layover and how early in the morning she posted the snaps.
The first story (seen on People.com) depicts Teigen wrapped in a blanket as she stretches over a row of seats in the waiting area of the airport with the caption, "hour five at the airport," sporting a less than enthused expression. A second story shows Legend struggling to plug an iPad into a charging port between two seats as their two younger children surround them. The time stamped on the video reads: "4:10 Dubai."
Just one day before the family's vexatious airport layover, Teigen posted a picture of their Far East adventures including quality time in the sun on a boat with loved ones, midday naps, dancing, and kayak trips through caves, captioning the series:
"My homeland is magic 🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭 winding down dump."
People mentioned that the family made the trip to visit Teigen's mother who moved back to the model's hometown of Korat in January.
