Ed Sheeran is now facing legal trouble for copying Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On."
A company that purchased one-third of the copyright to Gaye's song is now seeking $100 million in damages for copyright.
They believe that Sheeran used multiple elements of the 1970s tune for his single "Thinking Out Loud."
The court believes that Ed Sheeran's song used multiple elements of the 1970s tune for his song that has the same melody, rhythm, harmonies, drums and tempo.
