Volunteers Send 600 Christmas Trees To Military Families This Holiday

Volunteers at the Wahmhoff Farm Nursery in Michigan are coming together this holiday season to send Christmas trees to military families. Trees for Troops have been sending Christmas trees to military families since 2005 giving them some holiday cheer.

Trees for Troops send current in-service members, veterans and families of military members to show appreciation for their sacrifice and to let them know they're not alone during the holiday season. It's a nice touch of home.

The volunteers are sending off 600 Christmas trees to Camp Lejeune Marine Corps base in North Carolina, courtesy of FedEx who drives and covers all transportation costs.

Trees For Troops delivers to 70 US military bases and four international bases during the holiday!

Who would you send a Christmas tree to?!
