According to The Wall Street Journal reports, Disney is now paying for college for its front-line workers.
Taco Bell and Discover Financial Services are also taking place in this promotion.
These companies strongly believe that if their employees seek out for a higher education, the employees will lead to a better-trained staff.
Disney first launched their college initiative in August for 85,000, within months more than 1,000 signed up.
The Walt Disney Company plans to spend $50 million on the education of their employees by the middle of 2019, and then $25 million per year after that.
Walt Disney Company strongly believes that this program will increase people's pride and what they are capable of doing.
