It's been kept quiet but the new Ballast Point Brewery & Kitchen at Downtown Disney has now opened!
The reason it's been kept so quiet is so that the kitchen and staff can get a chance to become familiar with the pub-style menu and the 50 plus beers they offer.
Guests are anxious to check out Downtown Disney's first microbrewery.
Guests have posted photos online of the food served like the duck confit nachos, the California Kolsch Steak Burrito, the Baja-style dish tacos and the spicy Sculpin Buffalo Wings!

The Brewpub is a 3,000 squaure-foot outdoor patio overlooking the Uva Bar at the center of the Disney shopping mall.
This is Ballast Point's first location in Orange County.
