Since Disney's princesses have mostly been portrayed as white and European descent, this girl asks Disney to create a princess who wears glasses.
Even though over time princesses like Jasmine, Pocahontas, Mulan, Tiana and Moana have emerged, the 11-year-old girl says that is not enough so she wrote a letter to Disney asking for more princesses to wear glasses. She said that characters with glasses are usually portrayed as geeky or nerdy instead of beautiful.
Disney has not responded back to her.
