Some people are starting to think the refund policy at Costco is over-the-top after a video went viral over the weekend on TikTok. A woman claiming to be a Costco employee posted a video of herself and a fellow employee answering “Questions we get all the time at refunds,” and the answers have shocked some viewers.
Returning used bedsheets after five years, a dead Christmas tree after Christmas and even a pie with only a quarter of it left would get you a full refund according to the women. Costco does promote their “risk-free 100% satisfaction guarantee,” but has so far not issued a comment about the video that has almost three million views.
